Alicia Edber

Attorney at Law

Alicia Edber has practiced law since 2003. Her work centers on the legal side of running a company: employment and HR compliance, the contracts a business depends on, and the operating decisions that keep it on solid footing.

She has spent much of her career inside organizations as well as advising them. Alicia has served as Director of Human Resources, Director of Operations, and Chief Operating Officer for organizations in healthcare, education, nonprofit services, and multi-location franchising, and she is a co-owner of a Los Angeles real estate development company. Clients get counsel from someone who has written the handbook, negotiated the lease, and managed the team herself.

Earlier in her practice she handled litigation, including criminal defense matters, discovery, depositions, and law and motion work, and served as outside counsel to small and mid-sized companies.
